Methodology
This study will use a mixed method (QUAN-QUAL) consecutive research design to investigate the research questions.
Phase 1 (QUAN)
- survey questionnaire of instructors and faculty in higher education in [UVic/British Columbia/Canada?]
- survey will be the Approaches to Classroom Assessment Inventory modified for use in higher education instructional contexts (ACAI-HE)
- ALSO, instructors nominate 10-15 students in their classes; researcher randomly chooses 5-7 of those to complete the ACAI modified for student use (ACAI-S)
